Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to drive revenue growth and grow their membership.
You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing conversations with new potential clients, recouping and re-setting leads, and driving $1M in new business revenue annually.ResponsibilitiesQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesInitiate conversations with potential clients through a combination of LinkedIn and email marketing methodsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate servicesPresent our company to potential clientsSet up meetings or calls between potential clients and Account ExecutivesRecoup and re-set leads who didn't initially closeExecute team & administrative tasks, including morning huddles, end of day reports, and CRM updatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with CRM software and sales tracking toolsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsFriendly, approachable, and proactive attitudeFamiliarity with startup and job search ecosystem is a plus2-3 years of experienceTimeFull-time, 40 hours / week positionFreedom to make your own scheduleAvailable to communicate through slack 9am-6pm EST daily
