DevFinders is seeking a dedicated Outbound Cold Caller to join an growing Sales team.
As an Outbound Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introducing services.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients to promote our end-of-tenancy and deep cleaning services.
Follow up on lost leads and re-engage them to convert into sales.
Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the company CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Utilize MS Word and Excel and CRM What's in it for you: Salary: R6000 - R7000 per month depending on experience + commission 40 days paid holiday annually Fully remote working (own laptop essential) Working Conditions: This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home.
You will need a computer and a reliable internet connection.
This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work UK hours 08:30am - 17:00pm .
You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
Skills : Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a focus on cold calling.
Comfortable with making high call volumes daily.
Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and motivated.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not essential
