Job Title: Outbound B2B Sales Specialist (Cold-Calling)Location: Remote (Work From Home)Job Type: Full-TimeStart Date: ImmediatelyJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and driven Outbound B2B Sales Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for cold-calling potential business partners in English and introducing them to our professional photography services.
Your goal will be to engage decision-makers, set up introductory meetings, and contribute to our business growth.As a full-time remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a global, dynamic, and results-oriented team.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts.Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services.Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies.Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software.Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies.Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.The OTE salary for this position is between €1200 and €1500.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required.Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers.Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally.Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
