Otr Transport/Fleet Manager

AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY: TRUCK AND TYRES Ensuring that distribution and fleet operations are customer-centric, continuously improving, learning-oriented, built on sustainable partnerships
Minimum NQF 7, Transport Management degree / Related studies will be advantages Minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
Experience in road transport and yellow equipment machinery
Previously experience in managing a workshop and maintenance teams, with Cranes and MHE equipment.
Experience managing and leading teams, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with problem-solving skills and the ability to
make decisions quickly and efficiently.
