The role is responsible for ensuring all OTC operation tools are fully operational and meets business requirements.
The role is responsible for ensuring critical business projects (new innovations, New systems, New technology, new customer routes etc) are supported with business case, SOW, project role out plans and executed OTIF without errors.

Systems development, testing, UAT and implementationOnboarding and implementation of EDI, Diageo EDGE and D1 order platformsAutomated performance dashboardsLead introduction of 'new order types / sources into SA – new transport zones and updating DTP, ProcessProject Lead – when required in OTCCapability – commercial acumen OTCReview of BCP's and simulationsRepresents OTC in cross function workstreams / ProjectsArranging of internal / external training – to support Customer service, Quality assurance and capability building.
