Project Coordinator (6 Month Contract)Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related fieldEngineering diploma/degree with relevant experienceCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar certificationsWorking knowledge of project management softwareProficiency with Microsoft OfficeResponsibilities:Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholdersAssisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasksScheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycleManaging project management documents such as the project charter, plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project managerExecuting a variety of project management administrative tasksSupporting team members when implementing risk management strategies
