Leveraging extensive experience and a Master's degree in Organizational or Industrial Psychology, the specialist will focus on evaluating current OD practices, facilitating interventions, and guiding the organization towards maturity in its OD functions.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of current OD practices and maturity levels within the organization.
Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies for enhancement.
Design and implement OD frameworks, models, and initiatives aimed at increasing organizational maturity.

Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of OD initiatives.
