Through its five business clusters – Sanlam Fintech, Sanlam Life and Savings, Sanlam Investment Group, Sanlam Allianz, Santam, as well as MiWay and the Group Office – the group provides many opportunities for growth and development.What will you do?To co-ordinate and provide administration support to enable the delivery of the Culture and Organisational Effectiveness strategic initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include: Provide general administrative and project management support ensuring that deliverables are in line with agreed objectives/scope and within timelines Coordinate activities pertaining to the implementation of initiatives Update and maintain team documents, project documentation, plans and sharepoint information Liaising with internal and external stakeholders necessary to deliver on the project, these may include Group Technology, Group Legal, Group Brand, Group Comms, Group Finance, Cluster HR colleagues responsible for respective projects and marketing agencies Resolving operational and administrative matters Conduct research and benchmarking as and when required across the portfolio Provide reporting and data management support What will make you successful in this role?
