Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in organisational design and related disciplines (e.g., workforce planning, operating model design, and process improvement).
Exceptional ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional leaders.
Experience working in large, matrixed, and complex organisations.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Expertise in designing and facilitating interactive workshops to drive consensus and shared vision.
Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
A background in change management, organisational psychology, or related fields is an advantage.
