Job Responsibilities: Social Strategy Management – Continually create, test, analyze and optimise organic social strategies to drive KPI performance.
Ensure all campaign strategies align with broader campaigns to support and boost performance across all social media channels. Brand Strategy & Alignment – Work closely with the Brand & Insights team to ensure that the organic social media strategy is tightly aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Ensure that all social media initiatives reinforce the brand's voice, tone, and identity while supporting broader marketing campaigns and goals. Influencer Management – Identify, manage and collaborate with influencers to extend brand reach, increase engagement, and drive social media growth. Support for Paid Media – Collaborate with the paid media team by providing social media best practices, offering guidance on creative elements, formats and captions to enhance the effectiveness of paid campaigns. Brand Elevation & Platform Focus – Develop and implement strategies to elevate the brand on existing social media platforms, while maintaining a distinct brand focus across each channel.
Explore new approaches to enhance brand presence and visibility. Crisis Communication – Lead and manage all PR-related crisis communication, including responding to negative media coverage or social commentary.
Proactively address any brand challenges on social media. Stay on Top of Trends – Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform developments to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive on all social platforms. Reporting – Analyse organic social media performance across channels, define targets, and report on results. Calendar Management – Create and manage a compelling social calendar to maximize content ROI through focused, event-driven campaigns. Task Management – Manage all social functions including briefing, creation, distribution, and community management. Design Production – Collaborate with the Design team to ensure all campaigns maintain a consistent brand image in line with the group's strategy. Content Production – Work closely with Content Marketers to ensure alignment between channel strategies and content creation. Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of Social Media Management experience Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Meltwater Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and GSuite Relevant experience in determining a target audience and developing unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention Proven experience in developing successful social media strategies – Ability to provide examples of social media strategies that have been implemented and rolled out into successful campaigns with measurable results Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy and the ability to effortlessly apply these concepts throughout various forms of outreach Media / Advertising / Branding jobs
