Orders Controller

Our client in Benoni is looking for an Orders Controller to join their team Roles and Responsibilities The Order Controller is responsible for managing and coordinating order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
This role involves working closely with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and control the business revenue.
Key account management New sales Client experience, and growth plan Drive the product and communication improvement Implement strategic goals as to ensure a 20% annual growth to sales Project management and client relationships Business development Contract management Order management Value extraction Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Previous experience in order processing, sales support, or logistics.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
