Orders Admin Assistant (Fmcg)

The incumbent will assist with admin to ensure that the right information can be shared with the relevant teams to allow them to plan adequately.
Ensuring accuracy of information is essential as mistakes will cost the company money, time and possibly reputational damage.Create and distribute purchase orders from delivery notes.- Capture Customer shorts and distribute report.- Capturing and printing of staff sales.- Gather info and document retrieval of vendor packs for Financial Manager.- Capturing sales orders to process to Accounts Receivable invoice.- Monitoring stock levels for invoice.- General admin work as required.- Backup for Receptionist and Sales Administrators, as requiredExcellent Excel skills are essentialTertiary qualification and SAP experience an advantage.
