Order Fulfillment Specialist - High Technology Items

The Order Fulfillment Specialist oversees and manages the complete process, from customer orders being placed, all the way through to the products being delivered to the customer. They work in various settings, such as e-commerce companies, warehouses, and distribution centers.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process orders on SAPManage customers expectations on collection or deliveriesAssist with customers queries, back orders, SOH and pricingTrack and report on shipping of ordersEnsure effective collaboration with sales departments, to enable the optimization of order fulfillment.Manage daily order management operations through a team of Sales Support RepresentativesMaintain a consistent, professional, and effective communication process with assigned vendors and internal business partnersRapidly communicate significant supply issues to process partners and help to drive alternative customer solutionsMust be able to utilize a PC effectively and have the ability to learn various software programsMust be able to access computer information and relay information to sales associatesMust have initiative and decision-making skillsBasic/intermediate understanding of database structure, queries, reporting, familiarity with Reports
