Oracle Techno Functional DeveloperThe Oracle Techno Functional Developer will provide technical and functional solutions as well as end-user support through the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of company Oracle EBusiness Suite applications. Team members in this role will provide primary support for Oracle Supply Chain Management modules with in-depth focus on Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, WMS, ASCP, Discrete Mfg, MSCA, labelling/barcoding and AME.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUser Support:Provide functional support to end-users of Oracle Flexcube, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Assist users in understanding system functionalities and guide them on best practices.Oracle Flexcube Configuration:Configure and maintain Oracle Flexcube settings and parameters to align with business requirements.Implement changes to the system based on business process improvements or regulatory changes.Troubleshooting:Investigate and resolve functional issues reported by users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Collaborate with technical teams for in-depth issue analysis and resolution.Backup and Recovery:Take regular backups of Oracle Flexcube databases and associated configurations.Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data.Patch and Upgrade Management:Stay informed about Oracle Flexcube updates, patches, and new releases.Plan and execute system upgrades and apply patches, ensuring system reliability and compliance.Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of Oracle Flexcube configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.Document support activities, including issue resolution steps and user communication.Training:Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Oracle Flexcube functionalities.Prepare and update training materials to reflect changes and improvements.Oracle Support Ticket System:Manage the Oracle support ticket system, including logging, tracking, and prioritizing support tickets.Collaborate with Oracle support services to escalate and resolve critical issues.Reporting and Analytics:Develop and generate reports and analytics within Oracle Flexcube to meet business reporting requirements.Customize reports as needed and assist users in extracting meaningful insights.Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about regulatory requirements affecting financial systems, especially in the context of Oracle Flexcube.Ensure that the system configurations align with regulatory standards.Collaboration with IT Teams:Work closely with technical teams to coordinate efforts in addressing complex issues or implementing system enhancements.Participate in cross-functional teams to align support activities with overall business goals.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Oracle Flexcube functionalities and support processes.Propose and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.Performance Monitoring:Monitor the performance of Oracle Flexcube and take proactive measures to address performance issues.Conduct regular system audits to identify potential areas of improvement.Security Management:Implement and manage security controls within Oracle Flexcube, ensuring data privacy and compliance.Define and enforce access policies, roles, and responsibilities.Desired Experience & QualificationAssociates or Bachelor's of Science degree in related field.3+ years of functional experience implementing, maintaining or upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
