Epic Vision Eye Centers is looking for a Practice Management candidate for our Bonner Springs, KS office.

Job Duties: Coordinate scheduling and patient care needs with the doctorHire, train, and manage office support staffAnswer multi-line phone systemUpdate insurance information and obtain insurance authorizationsLead patients through and assist in the eye exam pre-testing processPerform patient prescreening analysisConform to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentialityPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentPersonable and able to make patients feel welcomeHighly organized and strong attention to detailDesire and ability to take on new tasksAbility to multi-task and follow schedulesBasic computer knowledge requiredAbility to work assigned scheduleEqual Employment Opportunity
