Job Requirements:Good understanding of: GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologiesConversant with: Radio Network Performance ImprovementAbility to: Analyse the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quicklyUnderstand the issue: Plan improvement actionsFocus on: Continuous improvement in the Network performance indicatorsUnderstanding of: Parameters and features workingFormulate and implement: Network optimization solutions according to user complaints and coverage problems reported by customersAbility to impart: Skills to other technical team membersExperience: Minimum 5 years in Network Performance Improvement with any OEM or leading Service ProviderPreferred experience: Latest ZTE systemsProficient in: MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Strong: Communication and presentation skillsOwnership: Readiness to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customerAbility to work: As a teamRich drive test experience:
