Optimization Engineer

Job Requirements:Good understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologiesRadio Network Performance Improvement: Should be well conversant with performance enhancement methodsNetwork KPI Analysis: Analyse the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quicklyIssue Understanding: Should be able to understand the issue & plan improvement actionsContinuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement in the Network performance indicatorsParameter Knowledge: Must have good understanding of parameters and features workingNetwork Optimization: Formulates and implements network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customersSkill Impartation: Should be able to impart skills to other technical team membersExperience: Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Network Performance Improvement working with any OEM or with a leading Service ProviderZTE Systems Experience: Preferred to have experience on latest ZTE systemsMS Office Proficiency: Should be proficient in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skillsOwnership: Must show ownership & readiness to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customerTeam Player: Should be able to work as a teamDrive Test Experience: Must have rich drive test experience
