The opportunities are there for the taking!Due to their ongoing success and desire to expand, they are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to support the daily administration tasks but also to assist with key contracts, liaising directly with our candidates and in some cases our clients.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator. Experience in Recruitment is a bonus, but it is not essential. If you are interested in moving into a new, exciting, dynamic market sector, and you have the right level of administration experience, then this could be the role for you!What is essential is that you have the appetite, work ethic, and ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and always maintain a professional, client-facing demeanor. Customer service is at the heart of our business, and you will be an integral part of the customer experience and therefore the company's ongoing success.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure that all operational and administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.Ensure that all administrative deliverables and customer requirements are meticulously planned, and all targets are met.Serve as a first point of contact for all customers and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer service.Ensure that you always communicate professionally on all platforms when dealing with customers (via phone and email).Support the Compliance Manager, Directors, and Board with any Administrative tasks.Support Scheduling and Bookings on key contracts.Keep records and document significant communications between Clients/Candidates and internal Meetings.Ensure cover is provided when other employees/colleagues are absent, so the customer service does not falter.Essential Skills & Requirements:Proven previous experience in an Administration role.Proven experience in Customer Services.Excellent administrative skills, organizing, planning, filing, etc.Confident in working both independently and as part of a team.Competent in working in a pressured environment and manage duties and responsibilities with a calm manner.Excellent attention to detail.Systematic and process-oriented.Competent using Microsoft packages.Qualifications/Essential Experience:Matric with preference given to further studies.At least 2 – 4 years previous work experience in the Administration role.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.Additional Role Information:Own/reliable transport to be able to work extended hours in line with the client's hours.
