Operations Supervisor Ref: 3515

An international Logistics company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their Cape Town based offices.
The successful candidate will bring a grade 12 certificate, relevant tertiary qualification (finance and/or logistics) and a minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role. Experience within the clearing and forwarding industry is essential.
 
This role is concerned with managing the performance of the division, managing and monitoring staff and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, systems and processes. Relationship management, including maintaining relationships and collaborating with stakeholders, handle customer queries and issues and growing the customer base, also form part of this role.
