Operations SupervisorOperations Supervisor required in KZN for a Hammarsdale Distributor. Past experience is important but crucially we are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on and energetic person to help oversee a busy warehouse.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOverseeing inventory needs, stocktaking and undertaking office management and administration.Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.Help in improving operations to reduce costs.Provide administrative support.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Desired Experience & QualificationPrevious experience (at least 3 years) as an operations supervisor or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong delegation, administrative management, and organizational skills.Good leadership and decision-making skills.
