Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

Experience in managing staff
Code EC1 preferable
Technical skills and aptitude
Waste industry experience preferable

Duties:

Manage assets, including materials, consumables, and stock
Logistics including route planning & optimization, vehicle maintenance
Manage staff including recruitment, discipline, HR, IR
Cost management including labour costs, maintenance, and material cost
Control measures for optimal productivity
Budgeting
