Operations Specialist

Role DescriptionThis position falls within the operations team, primarily serving as an Operations Specialist.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, who in turn reports to the Chief Operating Officer.The main objective of this role is to enhance and uphold efficient operating procedures across the investment management business, fostering a responsive and process-oriented operations team.Qualifications and ExperienceA relevant finance qualification such as Chartered Accountant is required. Additional specialization in financial services is beneficial.A self-motivated individual with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in operations within the financial services sector, ideally in fund management.Proficiency in reconciliations and cash management is a must.Familiarity with a programming language is advantageous, although not mandatory.
