Minimum requirements: Job Description: Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Recruitment Branch Manager to lead our Edenvale branch. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure high-quality recruitment services as well as training of team of 8 x Recruiters. Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations: Manage daily operations, implement company policies, and monitor branch performance. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, conducting regular performance reviews. Business Development: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Client and Candidate Management: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality recruitment services and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports. Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and maintain high standards of quality. Qualifications: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, including managerial roles. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
