ABOUT THE JOB
The Operations Manager: Front Office will be responsible for the overall management of the Member Collections Department and Bottleshop (condensed warehouse) to ensure that we meet member expectations. This role involves planning, leading, guiding, empowering, and creating a positive and productive work environment for employees. Responsible for ensuring that members' orders are ready for collection, and upon collection, the member encounters a positive, professional, and efficient experience. This environment can be akin to an exclusive Store experience within the Retail space.

Must be computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required and adaptability to learn in-house web-based systems and more, as required.
WHAT OTHER DETAILS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS MAKE OUR EYES LIGHT UP, YOU ASK?
2-5 years' experience in a similar role in the Retail Frontshop (cosmetics advantageous).
Logistics Management / Bcom Marketing/ Bcom Business degree or equivalent tertiary qualification advantageous.
Knowledge of stock Management and ERP/MRP systems advantageous.
Strong Leadership and Analytical skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Computer proficient in MS Office, Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Previous experience in focusing on the customer experience (Front shop experience).
