DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement Operations Management Framework across the organisationSupport and enable the sustainability and profitability of existing and potential stakeholdersExpand the scope, growth, and clientele of the brandEnsure that standard operating procedures are maintained and followed through, maintaining the required service standardsProven ability to manage operational issues at storesProven ability to manage quality control and compliance in line with SOPAbility to achieve sales and GP% targetPeople managementHandling all operational issues for allocated storesEnsuring quality and optimal compliance with SOPSetting guidelines to ensure turnover, food cost, and operational expenses are managed to maximise net profitabilityAssisting Franchise partners in trouble shootingAttending to customer complaints and implementing corrective actionAttending to weekly reports on storesPeople Management – Plan, organise, lead and control subordinates to ensure store objectives are met or exceededCoach and develop the teamREQUIREMENTS:Marketing/Business Development /Business AdministrationValid Drivers LicenceFranchise/Corporate Store experienceGAAP/ Micros experienceAt least +3 years' experience as a Junior Operations ManagerMS Office (advanced)
