About The Role
ResponsibilitiesSupervise the operation of Practice Plus Group's G.P. Services, based around its Primary Care Centres (PCC's) including the line management of the reception staff.To supervise the operation of Practice Plus Group's G.P. Services, based around its Visiting Cars including the line management of the driving team.Ensure the highest quality of service delivery for Practice Plus Group patients, whilst maximising resource utilisation.Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff by means of regular appraisal necessary to provide a quality service in the Primary Care Centres and Visiting Service.Ensure that reception staff receive an ongoing training needs analysis and personal development.Ensure that driving staff receive an ongoing training needs analysis and personal development.Salary & BenefitsUp to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience25 days annual leave + 8 public holidaysCompany Pension SchemeRegional/national opportunitiesFree online and face-to-face trainingCycle to work schemeOnline discountsWhat you'll be doing
