Position: Operations Manager Industry: Distribution, Warehousing, and Freight Location: Potchefstroom Salary: Market relatedKey Responsibilities:Client & Truck Bookings: Responsible for managing client and truck scheduling, issuing delivery notes, and overseeing invoicing.Vehicle & Resource Management: Monitors vehicle tracking, manages fuel and revenue reporting, and handles tyre management.Team Coordination: Oversees daily crew schedules, casual staff, and overtime management.Client Relations: Addresses client and company queries promptly and professionally.Industrial Relations: Manages team dynamics and maintains compliance with industrial relations protocols. Qualifications:Minimum: Grade 12 with Mathematics.Valid drivers license (Min. Code 8).Preferred: National Transport Diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience & Skills:Experience: At least 3 years in Logistics, Transport, or Operations.Technical Proficiency: Competent in Google-based applications, Excel, and Word.Industrial Relations: Skilled in managing team relations and conflict resolution.Communication & Analytical Abilities: Strong communicator with keen analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on process efficiency.Adaptability: Deadline-driven, responsive, and flexible in optimizing operational processes.
