Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, picking, inbound and outbound, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:Relevant Tertiary qualification - Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial EngineeringTwo to three years' experience in a relevant Operational role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software such as SAP.Ability to inspire and lead a team.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Understanding of warehouse operations and technology.Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and new challenges.Ensuring accuracy in inventory management andPrepared to work shiftsOwn reliable transport
