Operations Manager Responsibilities:Monitor company's operations and analyze their metrics, such as cost effectiveness, time, correctness, etc.Review and optimize existing operational systems, processes, and best practices.Oversee the company's operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Operations Manager Requirements:3+ years' experience in an Operations Manager position.Profound experience with business and financial procedures, including budgets and forecasting.Profound experience in budget development and oversight.Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.Basic IT skills, including experience with databases and MS Office.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.BS degree in operations management or a related area.
