Operations Manager

The RedBull South Africa Operations Manager is an integral part of the organization, leading a top performing team, and partnering with business to deliver on excellent execution and continued growth.
This role is responsible for ensuring the timely supply of top-quality products to the market (finished goods and visibility items) and providing services that reflect the premium RedBull brand, at optimized costs.
The Operations Manager will oversee the supply chain with the immediate objectives of transparency, flexibility, sustainability and efficiency, following an end-to-end approach.
In addition to this, the role will be held accountable to deliver realistic plans to properly manage resources, capacities, materials and budgets and plan, execute and finalize procurement strategies for goods and services spend across the business.
The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing RedBull standard operations processes and improving and developing existing processes in conjunction with RedBull HQ.
The aim of the role is to develop and execute state-of-the-art operations and anticipate future needs of the organization.
