Equites is seeking an Operations Manager, capable of performing effective operations management of logistics and industrial properties.
COMPANY PROFILE Equites Property Fund Limited is a South African real estate investment trust, with a definite focus on being a market leader in the logistics property market by developing and acquiring A-grade, modern logistics facilities in prime locations in South Africa and the United Kingdom. Equites listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 18 June 2014 with a portfolio value of R1 billion and has since grown to a portfolio value of R28.4 billion at 29 February 2024.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSSuitable candidates with a property or technical qualification and relevant experience in a similar role would be favourable and should have practical experience in operations management.

Operations management of buildings and facilitiesPrepare annual budgets and budget trackingCompilation of annual building condition reports and implementation of remedial works in reportsCompilation of tenant incoming reports and re-instatement reportsMaintenance trackingManaging of projects: re-instatement, building improvements and tenant installationsManagement of industrial park common areasProvide operational documentation when Equites dispose of buildings and provide technical advice on operational mattersEnsuring compliance with laws and regulationsEngage with stakeholders (includes tenants, vendors, third-party service providers and professionals)I certify that the information contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge.
