Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our organization's operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, improving performance, and ensuring that business operations align with the strategic goals of the company.What You'll DoDevelop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.Support worker communication with the management team.Design and implement business operations.Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.Establish governance processes to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organisation's resources are used responsibly.Where necessary, lead and/or support the implementation of business compliance and risk programs.Maintain relationships of trust and respect with key internal and external stakeholders.Lead and manage teams, ensuring that people-related issues are dealt with appropriately, driving a performance culture throughout the business.Drive transformation in the business with a view of inclusion, ensuring that the relevant transformation requirements of EOH are supported in all people-related processes.Your ExpertiseFunction related experience: 2-5 years.Leading teams: 2-5 years.Project experience: 2-3 years.QualificationsBachelor's degree in operations management or related field.Other Information Applicable To The OpportunityPermanent Position.Location: Cape Town (Onsite).Work environment: Office, warehouse site environment.Physical Demands: Site environment.Travel: Travel to sites on a daily basis; have your own reliable transport.Desired SkillsAdaptability.Authenticity.Partnership.Ingenuity.Mastery.
