Operations Manager

Operations Head – Cape Town – Responsibilities Manage the warehouse and ensure that stock is accounted for – cycle and annual stock takes.Manage assets – forklifts, company vehicles, installation equipment, general office equipment.Address customer issues promptly and manage customer service.Manage warehouse staff as well as installation teams.Site project management – ensure that operations on site is managed accordinglyEnsure all installations are completed.Order fulfilmentWork with Head Office to manage operations of the branch (Operations team, Finance, Payroll, Sales, Warehouse).Assist with Quotes and smaller drawings for fast and efficient quotingGeneral admin workAd-hoc salesInstallationsManage on-site installationsManage the installations teamsAssist the marketing team as needed with regards to the installations.General admin work related to installationsProvide continuous feedback to head office Requirements and Skills: Proven work experience in Operations or similar roleBe able to read drawingsFamiliar with finance and business principlesMust be customer focusedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skillsTeam management skillsMust be assertive Proficient in MS Office packagesMust be able to work under pressure
