Operations Manager

Operations Head Cape Town Responsibilities
Manage the warehouse and ensure that stock is accounted for cycle and annual stock takes.
Manage assets forklifts, company vehicles, installation equipment, general office equipment.
Address customer issues promptly and manage customer service.
Manage warehouse staff as well as installation teams.
Site project management ensure that operations on site is managed accordingly
Ensure all installations are completed.
Order fulfilment
Work with Head Office to manage operations of the branch (Operations team, Finance, Payroll, Sales, Warehouse).
Assist with Quotes and smaller drawings for fast and efficient quoting
General admin work
Ad-hoc sales
Installations
Manage on-site installations
Manage the installations teams
Assist the marketing team as needed with regards to the installations.
General admin work related to installations
Provide continuous feedback to head office

Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience in Operations or similar role
Be able to read drawings
Familiar with finance and business principles
Must be customer focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Team management skills
Must be assertive
Proficient in MS Office packages
Must be able to work under pressure
