HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME Facilitate daily standups, weekly performance reviews, and monthly/quarterly financial and supply chain evaluations to ensure team alignment and accountability Administer user access and maintain the integrity of Google Workspace and Amazon Seller Central to ensure seamless operations Develop and oversee long-term strategic plans and short-term tactical schedules using ClickUp, ensuring all project information is current and accurately reflects business status Collaborate with the product team to integrate new product ideas and support product launches, handling both project management and execution tasks Oversee product listings, monitor account health, manage customer interactions, and resolve issues with Amazon Seller Support to maintain optimal selling performance Monitor and report on inventory levels, forecast demand, track KPIs, and improve ERP system functionalities to optimize supply chain efficiency in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager Assess staffing needs, define roles, manage the recruitment process, organize onboarding, and evaluate new hires' performance to ensure team growth and effectiveness Collaborate with the CFO to take ownership of the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring precise and timely financial operations for informed decision-making WHO YOU ARE You have 3+ years of experience working as an Operations Manager or a similar leadership role You have experience working with eCommerce, whether that's in-house or as part of a marketing agency You are a people person and a natural team leader with experience managing remote and international teams You have an efficiency-oriented mindset and thrive when testing and implementing new organizational design ideas You are driven by challenges and changes presented in a company that's rapidly growing You are decisive, innovative and a strategic thinker You have experience using Project Management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com You are fluent in English, written and spoken
