Your keyjobresponsibilities as theOperations ManagerinSouth Africa (Remote)will include:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functionality of the iGaming division within the African market
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the iGaming platform, driving engagement and revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and optimize the UI/UX experience
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to implement improvements and innovations
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering partnerships for business growth
Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
Requirements Requirements for thisOperations Manager jobinSouth Africa (Remote):

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations within the iGaming industry
Experience in the Sportsbook industry would be an added advantage
In-depth understanding of the African iGaming market landscape
Strong passion for content creation, UI/UX, and user engagement strategies
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning abilities
