Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in the fashion industry. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our processes, ensuring smooth workflows, and leading remote teams to success.
You must have prior experience in the fashion industry and a proven track record in managing remote teams. A self-starter attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential in this role. Your leadership and organizational abilities will play a pivotal part in scaling our operations as we continue to innovate and grow.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring seamless execution.
Manage and support a remote team of designers, suppliers, and customer service representatives.
Optimize and implement workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
Ensure the business is meeting its production, sales, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: Proven experience in an operations management role within the fashion industry.
Experience managing and leading remote teams.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
