Operations Manager - Executive Education

Support the CEO and client engagement team in executing the business strategy.Support the implementation of executive training strategy and action plan and manage the day-to-day logistics of all executive training programmes, short learning courses, online modules and resourcesHands-on coordination of all executive training courses, workshops, seminars/webinars, industry evenings and events at the campus and/or online.Act as custodian policies and procedures and ensure that all regulatory requirements and compliance for the Institution are met.Support the Director: Client Engagement and others in client engagement team, by assisting with contracts, agreements and budgets where neededManage the delivery of programme process from start to end, ensuring executive trainees and course participants have a positive experience throughout.Facilitate all communication throughout the learner journey (enquiries, day-to-day communication, as well as feedback and follow-up communication)Manage the executive training databasesManage evaluations and feedback loops for facultyContract with faculty from academia and industry to deliver the programmes.In consultation and collaboration with the Director: CEO and CEO of the Executive education business, liaising with website developers to ensure all content, information and courses are updated and available online.
