The incumbent must have at least 5-10 years Debt Collection experience in a Debt Collection company call centre. Compulsory skills: Understanding of campaigns Experience managing a call centre People skills a must, with the ability to motivate and drive performance Managing team leaders and agents The ability to plan and report on campaigns Experience reporting to management on performance, campaigns and general operations Solid organisational skills and decision making capabilities Implementing and driving client KPIs Experience: Previous experience with Excalibur is advantageous Tertiary qualification advantageous Salary - Market related
