Human by nature.Operations Leadership Trainee - Your Future Position?In the Operations Leadership Program, you will participate in a two-year-long program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities.
This program is ideal for professionals interested in applying core technical and problem-solving skills into a leadership role in a people-intensive manufacturing/production environment.You will experience a multinational working environment, and you will learn and grow with the help of passionate professionals.In this role:Functional Rotation: The successful candidate will be assigned up to seven different rotations to provide them with a strong understanding of all areas essential to the Operations function.
During each rotation, you will be assigned a "Departmental Sponsor/Learning Leader" to oversee your time, work, and training in that area.The departments are: Production, Quality Lab, Warehouse/Distribution, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management & Process Technology, and Engineering.Functional Exposures: Focused on developing basic cross-functional exposure to other key areas within the business, outside of the manufacturing/production area.
The diverse training areas for exposure are: EH&S, Operational Accounting, HR, FC&A, S+T, Commercial, Customer Care, PID & Regulatory, Regional Supply Chain, and Samples.Leadership Development: Involves the transition of the candidate into a leadership role within Givaudan.
You will begin developing advanced people-leadership skills and will supervise and coordinate all efforts related to the tactical daily operation of the department.
