Are you someone who can: Establish, align and manage target and budget goals for the Business Unit, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency. Achievement of net profit growth for Business. Maintain optimum efficiencies regarding staff numbers and associated resources by setting budget requirements in accordance with the Business plan and monitor compliance. Manage Cost to Income to increase profitability and efficiencies. Develop and implement differentiated service models for client segments. Enable Business Unit service delivery through implementing systems and processes to improve service and implement quality systems and metrics for measuring service levels and satisfaction. Achieve integration of processes in areas of responsibility in collaboration with other areas, delivering required service levels by monitoring that workflow achieves operational requirements and the overall running costs in relation to productivity ratios, maintaining targeted outputs and financial discipline in respect of Budget, growth strategies. Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices.
Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements. Drive operational efficiencies and an ultimate delivery of superior quality customer experiences and improve operational processes and procedures on an ongoing basis and monitor that workflow achieves operational requirements. Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data. Execute the Business Unit people strategy that nurtures talent and embraces the values, culture and philosophy of entrepreneurship, accountability and innovation in order to meet current and future business needs. Hold direct reports accountable for the implementation of Leadership Strategy that drives behavior towards high performance. Education and Experience that you need to have: Grade 12. Degree/Postgrad in a relevant qualification. 5 – 8 Years in the Collections Field. 2 -3 Years in Management (People Management). Understanding of the Dialer and Data Analysis.
