We specialize in commercial, retail, and industrial properties, providing our clients with high-quality and innovative solutions.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our property portfolio.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our properties, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies for the company's property portfolio.Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each property, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for each property, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.Manage cash flow and working capital for the property portfolio.Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutions.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property industry.Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience in managing a team and developing financial strategies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Working Place:Centurion, GP, South AfricaDepartment:SKG Management Services
