Reference: 10039 MLR Consultant: Michelle le RouxJob Description:Oversee and optimise daily operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Manage all financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including reporting and audits.Develop and maintain efficient workflows for processes such as client onboarding and account management.Collaborate with the Managing Director and team to align operational objectives with strategic goals.Utilise tools like Monday.com and Xero to improve project management and financial reporting.Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and service providers to ensure excellent service delivery.Compile detailed and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant CA(SA) or equivalent qualification in Accounting / Finance.Minimum of 5 years in a senior administrative or operational role.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with financial software (e.g., Xero) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).Proven ability to compile and present comprehensive and accurate reports.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ****** you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
