Line Manager: Divisional Operations Executive
Key Performance Areas: Lead the factory to achieve strategic, operational, and performance goals with business acumenDirect the site leadership team to ensure safety, efficiency, cost management, and product qualityPromote a culture of excellence, improvement, and teamwork with support from leadership and central functionsAlign policies and strategies, provide thought leadership, and foster innovation for the factory's future successAdhere to people practices, including development, communication, industrial relations, and performance managementManage the factory using defined systems for demand planning, quality, safety, risk, resource management, budgeting, and cost controlUphold quality and food safety principles as a manufacturerDeliver innovation, capital, and improvement projects on siteTake ownership of the site's condition, compliance, and performanceMinimum Requirements: Experience: At least 8 years of experience in factory/plant management, particularly in potato chip productionExperience in complex snack manufacturing and high-speed packagingExperience in food manufacturingExtensive senior-level manufacturing experienceQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical) or Food Sciences is essential.Business-related post-graduate qualification is advantageousAdditional Requirements: Knowledge of relevant legislation and risk management in manufacturingProven ability to set and execute strategiesDemonstrated leadership of multi-functional teams
