Operations Executive

Oversee the Operational effectiveness and plant integrity in all Company sites and operations and to guide and implement the Operational Strategy in order to meet the Business Strategy of the Company.Responsibilities:Provide reliable and cost effective operational supply solutions to each Business UnitEnsure that all Operations meet legislative compliance requirementsEnsure the integrity of the company assets is managed and maintainedEnsure all operations are conducted according to accepted standardsComply with all statutory maintenance and inspection requirements at all timesManage the Operational requirements across all Industrial Chemical plants in various geographic locationsManage various growth and sustainability projects along with major plant turnaround projects at scheduled intervalsCompile and administer annual department operational and capital budgets and ensure adherence with the budget planEnsure that all critical and statutory documentation is managed, up to date and readily accessibleContribute to strategic direction of the divisionEnsure Strategy execution within the operational envelopeProvide Leadership and direction to the team to drive a high-performance culturePrevious Chemical Plant Operations experience pre-requisite8-10 Years prior Senior Management and Engineering ExperienceComputer LiteracyExcellent Interpersonal SkillsAbility to handle multiple assignments and prioritiesAbility to manage, coach and mentor a diverse work forceAbility to interact effectively with other departments, suppliers & service providers.
