Relevant IT / Business Degree3 - 5 years' experience WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Take over operations activities in an SAP environment (Treasury, Banking, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Multi-Banking-Connectivity)Work rotation spans over morning, evening, and weekend shifts, also on public holidaysWorking knowledge of and understanding of the business processes for developing, and testing SAP functions associated with financial operations.Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end usersAdhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management)Perform daily operations tasks and end user supportCreation of pertinent test documentationEnable end user knowledge transfer and trainingWork closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature teamBack-out PlanningBusiness Continuity Management (BCM)Change Management (CM)Cut-over PlanningFall-back PlanningIncident Management (IM)IT Service Management (ITSM)OPS Advanced TrainingOPS Basic TrainingProblem Management (PM)Release PlanningStart Up Management (SUM)System MonitoringTechnical Continuity Management (TCM)
