Operations Engineer (Entry)

Key Responsibilities:- Full DevOps and request management- 24/7 standby support for production systems- System monitoring and maintenance- Incident and request management- Operating Unix-based systems and executing Oracle database queries- Supporting projects and IPS upgradesEssential Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High ethical standards and flexibility in task managementAdvantageous Skills:- Experience with development and maintenance on platform applications- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux, Unix Shell scripting, and Oracle Database- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and X-RAY- Proficiency in German is a plusQualifications:- 2-3 years' experience in a production manufacturing system operations environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with a passion for IT operations and a commitment to excellence.
