Our client manages a global portfolio of nearly 1.5 GW of renewable energy projects and is seeking an individual with EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in the IPP space, to bridge the gap between their board and on-site engineers.
This role entails overseeing all operational aspects of the plant. The ideal candidate should possess over 8 years of leadership experience in managing utility-scale onshore wind plants and a background in setting up control room systems. The primary focus will be on managing and maintaining the DSC/SCADA and ensuring cyber security compliance. Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Postgraduate qualification or master's degree is preferred
Experience Requirements
8+ years' experience in a leadership/management role at a utility-scale on-shore wind or solar plant
Experience with OPEX and CAPEX budgeting systems
Systems engineering experience is advantageous
Previous wind and solar PV experience

Additionally, the candidate will nurture client relationships and oversee financial matters.
