About the Role: As Operations Controller you will be responsible for meeting arriving flights, carrying out passport checks and assisting crew and passengers on departing flights. You will liaise across departments to pass on details of any service requested or flight information. Other role responsibilities include completing customs and immigration paperwork, maintaining the passenger reception, lounge and other facilities, as well as providing escorts of vehicles on the ramp.

You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a safe culture through daily observation and shift briefings, and ensuring compliance with local airport authorities for identification and diving permits.

About You: The successful candidate will be IT literate with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will require great customer service skills with excellent timekeeping and attendance.

A driving license is required for the role and additional languages would be an advantage.
