Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Client Experience II professional to enhance our service and execution in the Global Markets space.
This role will primarily focus on equities and support our diverse client segments, ensuring a seamless trading experience while maximising revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for client requests, inquiries, and complaints, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.Trade Support: Handle daily business checks, fund manager reporting, trade allocations, invoicing, reconciliations, and settlements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and understand client needs.Strategic Contributions: Support the achievement of strategic objectives to grow Global Markets business and optimize platform utilisation.Continuous Improvement: Monitor client insights to recommend product enhancements and improve service delivery.Risk Management: Adhere to CIB's risk policies and procedures to ensure compliance across all activities.Qualifications: Education:Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce or Finance and AccountingPreferred: Familiarity with BDA, IPS, Shareforce systemsExperience:Required: 1-2 years in a client-facing role within financial services, strong knowledge of asset classes, market trends, and regulatory environment.Preferred: 3-4 years of experience in Operations, Services, or Client Experience roles.Key Competencies: Behavioral: Team working, decision-making, composure under pressure, and generating ideas.Technical: Strong understanding of client retention, servicing, and local market knowledge.
